My primary hard drive suffered from multiple catastrophic failures yesterday resulting in the almost certainly permenant loss of hundreds of hours of art work among hundreds more in other work including folder upon folder of 3D projects over the past year. All said nearly 300 or so files have been lost. Many of these have no backup and the majority are in savestates that have since been updated, but lost in the crash.

All artwork will be postponed until further notice.



In case anyone is curious, the hard disk was a Seagate Freeagent drive that suffered a delayed write error containing $Mft. Until I can get the drive to stop spinning I can't even begin recovery. Anyone with a freeagent needs to promptly backup thier files, as this seems to be a common malfunction in the last few months.
